We welcome families to pick up their puppy in person at our location in Jacksonville, Florida. Local pickup is free and gives you the opportunity to meet your puppy and receive guidance on the transition to their new home.
At pickup, we will review your puppy’s health records, provide helpful care instructions, and answer any questions you may have to ensure a smooth and happy start together.
Pickup appointments are scheduled in advance once your puppy is ready to go home, typically around 8–10 weeks of age. Please text/call (904) 478-9001 to schedule.
