Waitlist and application
Joining the waitlist is a statement of interest only. Submitting a puppy application begins Yorktown’s placement review. Neither action guarantees approval, priority, availability, adult size, color, pricing, or placement of a particular puppy.
A puppy is not reserved until Yorktown approves the placement, provides the applicable written terms, and confirms receipt of the required reservation deposit. The final written agreement controls any puppy-specific pricing, deposit, refund, pickup, delivery, health, registration, or ownership terms.
Accuracy and appropriate use
You agree to provide truthful information and to use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, government ID images, harmful code, or information you are not authorized to provide.
Yorktown status text program
If you check the optional text-message box, you authorize Yorktown Yorkies to send transactional texts to the phone number provided about your waitlist request, application review, reservation, puppy records, homecoming, or family portal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not required to submit a form or purchase a puppy.

Email communications
Transactional emails may be used to confirm receipt, communicate review status, request information, and administer an approved placement. Marketing or litter-news email is optional and uses a separate choice where offered.
Website information
We work to keep website information accurate, but puppy availability, schedules, pricing, policies, and external links may change. Photos and descriptions are informational and do not replace the final written agreement, veterinary advice, or independent verification.
